Millennium Entertainment acquired the cop drama for $2 million and plans to release the film theatrically this year, meaning it would qualify for Oscar consideration. Rampart is directed by Oren Mooverman and stars Woody Harrelson. Millennium Entertainment previously released Trust and is also slated to release Puncture, Little Birds and Trespass.
